Chat not responding / generating output
If Chat is not responding or generating output, the issue is usually temporary and can often be resolved with a few quick steps.
Try this first
Please try the following in order:
Restart the app
Completely close the app (swipe it away from recent apps)
Reopen it and try again
Switch to a different model
Select another model
Send your message again
Check your internet connection
Make sure you’re connected to a stable network
Try again once the connection is stable
Update the app
Go to the App Store
Make sure you’re using the latest version of ChatNow
In most cases, one of these steps resolves the issue.
If the issue continues
If Chat still doesn’t respond after trying the steps above, please contact support and include the following details:
Which model you were using
What happens in the app:
An error message appears
The app stays idle
The message never sends
This information helps us investigate the issue more quickly.

Temporary outages or high load can occasionally affect response times
